Please be sure to fill out all the information completely and correctly to avoid any processing delays.
Incomplete requests will not be processed. Please send a check for $45 for the application fee with the application, and the application criteria to the address below.
Once approved there is a $500 security deposit for your reservation.
Please note; the security deposit will be returned if your application is not approved.
